1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping method to the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing is complete.
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 | Estimated delivery in 5 - 11 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the total weight of your order. The final shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system after you receive the notification.
5. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery dates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Sssoceanstore is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier processing or transit delays.
- Inclement weather or natural disasters.
- Customs hold-ups for international orders.

6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will be subject to a re-shipment fee to send the order to the correct address.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors, your building's mailroom, or other safe drop-off locations.
- Contacting your local post office or carrier directly with the tracking number.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please email us at [email protected] immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and, upon confirmation, arrange for a replacement or a refund.
8. International Shipping
We ship to select countries internationally. Please note the following for orders shipped outside the United States:
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: The recipient is solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Delivery Times: International delivery times vary significantly by destination country and are not guaranteed.
- Restricted Items: Due to shipping regulations, some of our products may not be available for international shipment.
